The Company is open to all dancers ages 7 and up with at least one full year of ballet training. Dancers do NOT have to be a student at the Tatiana Akinfieva Dance Academy (Pointe Dancers must attend Company Class on Wednesday Evenings) but must attend classes regularly at a reputable dance school. Dancers interested in auditioning should attend the Company Boot Camp held in August.
This year dancers will perform the Nutcracker Ballet and Cinderella the Ballet. Rehearsals for productions will take place on Saturdays and Sundays.
Dancers in the Pre-Professional Program must also enroll in the Wednesday evening Company Class and will periodically be scheduled for Friday evening rehearsals as necessary.
